For accepted papers with more than 6 pages, the author will be required to pay extra pages in final submission.<b><br \/><\/b><strong>Extended abstract: <\/strong>An extended abstract (1 &#8211; 2 pages) submission will be only considered for presentation.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-4e9105f e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"4e9105f\" data-element_type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-af295e1 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"af295e1\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><b>Submission requirements:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Authors should prepare their papers or abstracts based on the LaTex template or Microsoft Word template:<br>Format Guidelines: <a href=\"https:\/\/ras.papercept.net\/conferences\/support\/support.php\">https:\/\/ras.papercept.net\/conferences\/support\/support.php<\/a><br>LaTex: <a href=\"https:\/\/ras.papercept.net\/conferences\/support\/tex.php\">https:\/\/ras.papercept.net\/conferences\/support\/tex.php<\/a><br>Word: <a href=\"https:\/\/ras.papercept.net\/conferences\/support\/word.php\">https:\/\/ras.papercept.net\/conferences\/support\/<\/a><\/li>\n<li>A &#8220;full paper&#8221; manuscript can have maximally six pages without extra charges. If a manuscript has more than six pages, the authors have to pay extra page fees following the requirements of IEEE. At most two extra pages are allowed at a charge.<\/li>\n<li>An &#8220;extended abstract&#8221; manuscript can have maximally two pages.<\/li>\n<li>A manuscript file needs to be converted into its PDF version in A4 with file size limit to be 5M, before submission.<\/li>\n<li>A short video (up to 10 MB) can be added to supplement your paper. Videos are not mandatory.
