- Rates are inclusive of 10% service charge and prevailing Government Tax (currently 7%) in effect at the time of check-out.
- Rates are inclusive of breakfast and internet access for both single and double occupied rooms.
- Standard check-in time is 3:00 PM, check-out time is 12:00 PM. Guests arriving before 3:00 PM may store their luggage with our bellman until a room becomes availabile.
- A 50% charge of the above quoted room rates will apply for late check-out (up to 6:00 PM). After 6:00 PM the full rate will apply. Late check-out is based on availability.
According to Thailand’s immigration law, the hotel requires either ID card or Passport of all guest to be presented upon check-in as a mandatory; failure to do so, the hotel has the right to refuse check-in process.
Cancellation
- Room Cancellation 30 days prior to arrival date, there is no penalty charge.
- Room Cancellation between arrival date and 30 days prior to arrival, penalty equivalent to 100% charge will apply.
