Notes

  • ALL presenters and attendees have to register online.
  • Paper Uploads: In order to submit the final paper or video submission at least one of the authors must register for the conference before Oct. 20th, 2024. Each registration is allowed to upload up to one paper. Non-registered papers will not be included in the conference proceedings or published in IEEE Xplore®.
  • Extra Page Charge: Papers with 4-6 pages are free of charge. For papers with more than 6 pages, the author will be required to pay USD 175 per page for the extra pages (max. 2) to be included in the conference proceedings.
  • Student Registration: Student registrants must send relevant studentship proof document which indicates your full-time undergraduate or postgraduate student status to ieeerobio2024@gmail.com. Please include [STUDENTSHIP] at the beginning of your email’s subject line.
  • Attendee Registration: If you wish to attend the conference without presenting a paper, please enter 999 in the paper ID field when completing the registration form.

Cancellation Policy

  • 50% of paid registration fees will be returned (after deduction of any related transaction fees) if the cancellation is made on/before Nov. 1st, 2024.
  • No refund will be given if cancellation is made after Nov. 1st, 2024.
  • Please contact ieeerobio2024@gmail.com if you want to cancel your registration. Please include [REGISTRATION] at the beginning of your email’s subject line.
