Full Paper Templates
Submission requirements:
- Authors should prepare their papers or abstracts based on the LaTex template or Microsoft Word template:
Format Guidelines: https://ras.papercept.net/conferences/support/support.php
LaTex: https://ras.papercept.net/conferences/support/tex.php
Word: https://ras.papercept.net/conferences/support/ - A “full paper” manuscript can have maximally 6 pages without extra charges. If a manuscript has more than 6 pages, the authors have to pay extra page fees following the requirements of IEEE. At most 2 extra pages are allowed at a charge.
- An “extended abstract” manuscript can have maximally 2 pages.
- A manuscript file needs to be converted into its PDF version in A4 with file size limit to be 5M, before submission.
- A short video (up to 10 MB) can be added to supplement your paper. Videos are not mandatory. Single file with the extension mpeg or mpg or mp4 can be used.
Quick Summary for Final Paper Submission

- pptx format is NOT allowed
- Complete the e-copyright transfer in the final submission page (Please make sure the author list in the system is correct before e-copyright transfer). NO revision on copyright form is allowed after it is done.
- Upload the final paper PDF file to the conference website (Max 5MB).
If the above requirements are not met by the set deadlines, the paper will not be published in the conference proceedings.
Short Video (Optional)
If your paper is accompanied by a short video (Max 10MB), please do not use special codecs (coders/decoders) in order to provide as much portability across platforms as possible. Using MPEG-1 or MPEG-4 video formats is strongly recommended. Accepted video contributions will be included in the conference proceedings and also in IEEE Xplore. There, the video will appear as an enhanced object next to the PDF of the summarizing text (a sort of short paper). If your paper features a video attachment, please prepare the following two plain text files:
- Summary.txt file (max 1 KB). Describe in five sentences or less the contents or value of the video. This file helps IEEE Xplore users to make downloading decisions.
- ReadMe.txt file (max 10 KB). This file must include the following three sections:
- Description: An overall description of the objects and what the audience can expect to gain by downloading them;
- Player Information: Provide the minimum version of the player software that is required to play the submitted files. Include the name of the software, the version number, and any special requirements for the player;
- Contact Information: The author should provide contact information in case users have questions regarding the extended material. IEEE will not provide any technical support.
Note: both of the above files should be in plain text format and have a .txt extension. They are needed by IEEE in order to include the video in IEEE Xplore.
Similarity Index
The conference does not designate any plagiarism checking website. It is author’s responsibility to check the similarity index of your submission and make sure it is in low similarity index (less than 30%) to avoid potential plagiarism and related violations. The Program Committee will carefully examine each similarity index report of both the submitted manuscript and other sources containing similar text passages.
