Oral/Poster Presentation

Official Language

The official language of the conference is English.
All presentation including discussion and submissions shall be made in English.

Presentation Specifications

In each oral presentation room, one LCD projector will be available. The presenters should prepare Power Point Slides to facilitate their presentations. NO laptop will be provided in each meeting room. The presenters should bring their own laptop and test it before session start to avoid potential format problems caused by different software versions.

Duration for each category of oral presentation are listed below:

  • Plenary Talks are scheduled for 45 hour (including Q&A) each.
  • Keynote Speeches are schedule for 20 minutes (including Q&A) each.
  • Regular Sessions are schedule for 15 minutes (including 5 min Q&A) each.

Poster Specifications

The Poster Area of the conference is at Hallway 4th floor. The poster session schedule is as follows:

Author should post up your poster on the poster panel at Hallway before 12:15 pm, the session starting time.

The core time of each poster session is from 15:15 to 15:45(afternoon coffee break period). The presenter of the poster paper should show in front of the poster to present their poster to audience.

Please note that your poster should be prepared well in advance. There will be no time or materials available for last minute preparations at the conference. Plastic tape will be provided to attach your posters to the boards. Your poster must be posted before your poster session starts. When you arrive for your session, please contact secretariat staff at the registration counter for:

Report presence
Get the assigned board number
Get plastic tape.

After your session ends, please remove your poster within 30 min, or it will be discarded.

Conference Attire

Appropriate attire is requested during the conference; e.g., casual attire at the Welcome and Farewell Receptions; a business suit or a white shirt with a neck-tie at all technical sessions, and at the Banquet.
